The burgers here are absolutely superb, best I've had for a long while. (ask for the chilli sauce if you like some heat) Service was excellent also!

A mix up in the orders meant we got our food separately. Management recognised this and rectified this by giving us a discount . Good burgers though!!!

I really needed to eat. Was feeling feint. So I reluctantly bought the £10.50 chicken burger & (5) chips . Wish I'd left it. I should have feinted & woke to hospital food. Staff are nice.

Excellent Sunday lunch : well cooked, generous portions and spot-on service.

Recently taken over by same mgt team as Culpepper. Significant improvement over the shambles this pub has been over the years. Back in the game ????

I went one Sunday but there were no seats free!!!!! Looked like a really nice chilled atmosphere. Board games .

Gets busy. A table is essential. The Bitburger is v cold.

If you are working I recommend the wifi . More than the chicken burger actually.

Go there for after drinks on a Friday night

As Mayor, I recommend the real ales and - if you're feeling brave - the Bitburger . Be warned, it's hangover juice .
