Is there a better price to quality ratio in all of Los Angeles than chef Nozawa’s “Trust Me ?” Probably not, which explains the rapidly expanding empire growing across the city .

This has to be one of the best Sushi places I've been to and I've been at a lot of high end sushi places across the country . The hand rolls are just bomb and all their fish is like butter

The Nozawa is amazing. My faves were the salmon and snapper rolls. The special for the night was the sweet shrimp roll . If was a bit slimy and had a bad after taste.

The Trust Me menus are awesome. Highly recommend! Sat on the counter with a friend and the service was very friendly and attentive. We missed out on Hirami that day, so hope to be back.

The best sashimi , just trust the chef on the prix fix . The basic menu is good, no need to add the premium fatty tuna unless you really want.

The Trust Me (omakase ) menus are amazing, ask about the daily special before ordering the expensive one. The acoustics are poor, so don't expect conversation when the restaurant is full.

Excellent excellent sushi . The Nozawa set is $40 including a daily special . These guys are serious about sushi : there are no rice dishes, no noodle dishes , hardly any appetizers . Worth the wait!

Great place for traditional sushi . Been at least 3 times, and fish is always very fresh. Service is courteous and efficient. In my opinion their price/value is very fair .

Fantastic, melt-in-your-mouth sushi . Dining room is small, and strictly first come / first served. The “trust me” options are the way to go, brought out one plate at a time.

The "trust me" menus are meant to imitate the real sushi experience of items being selected for you, for the best culinary journey. It's best that you trust them and get one of the menus

Excellent omakase for the price point, I got the Nozawa Trust Me which was delicious. Head up everything's a bit on the salty side. Big plus: "no" tipping (auto flat rate)

I come here and get the "Trust Me by Nozowa" every time. - Can't resist the super fresh fish and warm rice . If you like authentic Sushi , this is the place.

It’s an incredibly good place. Delicious sophisticated food and an amazing “please no tipping” (a 16% California Tax is added to your account but). In summary: you can’t miss it.

Yeah you come here and get the Trust Me option where you pay a set price and they provide a bunch of dishes. You'll end up satisfied without having to fire off too many neurons deciding on dishes.

EVERYTHING IS GOOD. I get the Nozawa and add hand cut lobster roll and unagi . No reservations , go during non-peak times. Parking next door $3 w/validation.

Be warned, this place is very addictive, you get the "Trust Me" menu once and you'll be coming for more and more. I came across this place mid June and it's already my third time here and it's July!

Got 'The Nozawa' to go...so good, makes you want to cry. You get all the famous Nozawa sauces with an instruction card all wrapped up in cool packaging. A must if you truly love sushi .
