Classic English dive pub . Mixed crowd of Cinco de Mayo revelers on the day I visited (yes, that is odd) but assume from the fairly friendly staff that it's usually a bit more low-key in this pub .
My favourite bar in Santa Monica. You go if you want to get a beer and thats all. No fancy people. I always end up here! Also they have a jukebox - a song for a dollar <3. Karaoke Sundays are fun too!
Fish n' chips ! Where have you been all my life. Okay, the fries are lacking but the cod , batter, healthy portion and flavor, damn good.
Great looking place. It's huge with a small bar towards the end and a large one in the front. They also have some delicious beer on tap !
Congrats to Ye Olde Kinds Head for passing their Clean Bay Restaurant Certification in Santa Monica! They're doing their part to keep the Santa Monica Bay clean ! Learn more: www.santamonicabay.org
OMG, proper breakfast with toast that's not been dipped , spreaded or covered in something sweet!! No fruit piled on either. Just breakfast as it should be. Thank You

The service was very minimal, and only somewhat friendly . I had their crumpets , which seems quite good. I also had the fish cakes , which were nicely soft on the inside and crispy on the outside
Solid full English breakfast if you're craving that. Bar next door seems awesome too. The staff are cool too.
Classic English pub a block from the cliffs. Stop in for apps and a Smithwicks next time you're craving some good comfort food .
Meet people from around the world, and it's overlooking the Santa Monica Bay ... this is the place for international travelers and friendly locals!
If you like beers that come out of taps, liquor and solid prices then you can't go wrong here. Don't expect any fancy cocktails , just shut up and drink.
The fried bread is amazing....at first glance it just looks like toast but when you bite into the crispy bread the crunch will bring acknowledgement that it was definitely fried!!!
The shepherd's pie is absolutely delicious 😋
Irish/English/European bar . Good beer selection , great outdoor people watching . Went here with Radke on st pattys and it was nuts .
You're here for British fare, but try the King's Burger . Very tasty. Put malt vinegar on your chips to feel like a Brit.
Cod fish chips I prefer the larger and lime start of with a first pint then a second yum yum then a dessert with rhubarb and custard wicked
This place shows most of the European soccer games. They tend to be mid-afternoon local time, or most of the weekend during tournaments.
Cool British pub with an adjacent bakery and gift shop .
The fish an chip is awesome and I love the roast beef and the fry up breakfast is a must try :-)
A great place in Santa Monica - watch sports and enjoy great food, beers and friendly locals. A timeless favorite.
Opened in 1974. Traditional English pub with ’70s style dining area serving classic British food.

Back bacon (aka British style), incredibly hard to come by in US
Really fun Irish bar to watch sports games and play darts !
If you're on your own is the perfect place to make new friends near santa monica pier/promenade
Lots of seating, authentic food. Good place to relax and have a conversation
I think for being so close to lots of touristy areas this place is ok. They apparently have mulled wine during the holidays which gives them points in my book .
Head to the bakery for amazing pasties, meat pies , and sausage rolls
Very authentic British pub . The fish and chips were fantastic.
Locals love this British watering hole with soul. Their traditional fish and chips are a favorite and the curries are the real deal.
Grab a pint and watch "football " (soccer ) at this fairly authentic pub !
You must order the Fish & Chips . The crust is way different than any other version you've ever had. Delish!
If you're looking for traditional fish and chips , this is the place to go.
For all you ding dongs that don't know how to eat fish n chips ....squeeze lemon and vinegar on yer fish then get some tartar sauce and slather it on your bite.
Always go for the English breakfast . A pint of Pride ain't bad either!
Great place for a Brew & always fond memories to be had, enjoy!
happy hour 4 to 7 weekdays. Discounted food and drink.
Great place to try foreign beer and British food
Really great “English”, breakfast sans the tea !
Try out the afternoon tea sandwiches . Excellent.

6 Nations Rugby Championship matches will be shown here. The restaurant serves a proper traditional English Breakfast , king or queen size.
Only in LA will you hear an entire bar sing along to Sublime and Frank Sinatra in the same hour. A+
They offer a nice selection of hard ciders .
Get the fish & chips !!! Very yummy, flakey, & to die for!!!!
The traditional chicken curry is very good! Ask for half chips half mashed potatoes
