Loved their matreshka exhibit . I learned some facts I wasn’t aware of(and Russian is my cultural background). Loved the idea of the scavenger hunt for children/ preteens.

A church converted to a museum . Good selection of Socialist Realism art from the former USSR. And don’t miss the museum shop and enjoy the complimentary black tea poured from a samovar.

Great museum that you can get round in about an hour. Art gets rotated every three months so repeat visits are good.

The easter egg collection was awesome. Make sure to be there for the talk.
