Great dinner with friends! Wonderful service. Try the sliders and rattlesnake sausage starters. My husband splurged for the Wagyu steak and was thrilled with it!
Lonsome Dove is not only delicious but very authentic and awesome. The service is outstanding. Try the rabbit-rattlesnake sausage , it's very delicious. I would also recommend the stable sirloin stake!

Chef Tim Love's rarified bistro rewards the adventurous. Try the rabbit-rattlesnake sausage , wild boar ribs and elk with huckleberries . And those are just the appetizers .
