No room service after 10.00pm which is bad but the sales mgr offered me to take anything from the snack bar . As I asked for some fruits , he gave me an apple & an orange ! Very nice service!

Wish all hotels kept a row of self-serve luggage carriers on hand like this one, makes arrivals & departures much easier.

So far so great....even have a ventilation fan in bathroom..rare for a hotel

Comfortable rooms , get higher floors. Good breakfast set up.

Get a corner room - lots of windows. Nice hotel !

The elevators are still not renovated. If you get in and it doesn't go anywhere press door open, if you can not get out press against the door occasionally works and the alarm button. Tell the staff .

You must try The Great American Grill. Chicken florentine soup is amazing.

Probably the only HGI with Pierogies .

Beds are uncomfortable and there are no vending machines with food in them

Don't do the breakfast buffet 12.95 for just standard fair and the server is rude
