No room service after 10.00pm which is bad but the sales mgr offered me to take anything from the snack bar . As I asked for some fruits , he gave me an apple & an orange ! Very nice service!

The elevators are still not renovated. If you get in and it doesn't go anywhere press door open, if you can not get out press against the door occasionally works and the alarm button. Tell the staff .
You must try The Great American Grill. Chicken florentine soup is amazing.
