Beautiful views from the waterfront location and high floors. Needs an update though. Walkable to many restaurants . Good for a night or two.
My sister had her wedding reception here and Allison was very accommodating on the day of. Our room was great too. No free continental breakfast and only 1 device can utilize free wifi per room.
Amazing food and service. Love the view from hotel . Shopping and historic places near by.
Great hotel . Comfortable beds . Good location
Great hotel . I like being close to the Hard Rock - love the food and I collect shot glasses.

The only lounge I've been to in the US that offers free alcohol (until 8pm). Love it!
East facing rooms have the best views of the city but also noise from the train tracks .
Get a river view room, it's a most spectacular view of the city .
Plat lounge now includes scrambled eggs with the continental breakfast
If you don't have a lighter ask the front desk n steal it pretending you're drunk. Haha!
Great equipment; just plan tone done by 10p
This place hasn't been remodeled or cleaned since I last stayed here in the 80s. Great river view , but overpriced and underdelivered. I definitely won't be back.
A/C in our room kept clicking and the train was pretty noisy . Also only two small drawers for clothes . Not exactly worth the price.
Very poor value. $300. Per night with additional fee for parking and inferior food at $16 breakfast bar ! Rude person at front desk & mold in bathroom . Only pro is view !
The shuttle service is spotty and unreliable, prepare to pay for cab rides everywhere.
This Sheraton is a joke. Parking is $18 and the continental breakfast is $11. Definitely will be leaving negative comments with corporate and never coming back.
Tuesday night Bar Louie has $1 burgers
Big problems with the all-day in-&-out parking .
My mom and her family stayed here all weekend. Overall the service was horrible.
The rooms right near the elevators can be noisy .

Found 2 different kinds of insects in our room. Soo we paid a lot of money for bugs in our room.
I see a beautiful bride...
Major difficulty using the free wifi .
The breakfast buffet and service was awful.
