Chicken wings , dry string beans , black bean sauce noodles are my go-to orders.
Wings were awesome, black bean noodles (jjajangmyun) were tasty. The chicken they use in dishes like the black bean chicken is disgustingly over tenderized. Super soggy and just kind of falls apart .
The dry fried wings are some of the best wings in SF.
The wings , dry and glazed. But you probably already knew that. Also the mustard greens noodle broth was delish
Thought the wings were tasty but yeah, a bit too treacle-sweet to take the crown. The kimchee however, was chock full of umami tang and we killt it ded.

Chicken wings are great, but many other spots in the Sunset have them just as good- and without the line !
