You would need a room key to access the toilets on the ground floor. If you don’t have one, you can ask the staff at the reception desk for a card to access the male/female toilet .

Gorgeous rooms and amazing roof top spa

The bones of something excellent, but symptoms of mediocrity throughout the property. Upon check-in, mediocre welcome, beat-up spa offer in room, closet door exposing stuff on floor. Staff training ?

Saw the board for buffet lunch and plenty of meter parking ... Too late for buffet 12-2 but ordered off menu and waiting...

Take odd numbered rooms as the face the garden . Even numbered face a building under construction

I've come to expect much higher class from Radisson. Compared to Radisson hotels in Africa, Central and South-East Asia, this location is a dump .
