Staff is personable and very helpful. They know the meaning of "customer care". A much better experience than any AT&T store..

My mom's 3 week old iPhone 5 had some volume button malfunctions & I made a Genius Bar appointment and on the spot they told me they would replace the phone without charge. No question. Great service!

Best one in Vegas. I wouldn't go to the others. They're crowded with tourists and window shoppers. no offense to the tourists . it's all business at this location.

If you want a IPhone 5 get it online around 11:00 pm because their system kind of crushes at 10:00 an of course do Personal Pick up.

I went just to take pictures of all the people who drink the Apple Koolaid. Gotta admit, was impressed that the Apple was packed when every other store in Town Square was empty.

The staff here is either amazing or offensive. Bought my first iPhone here from an amazing associate. Next time in, the assisting staff member was not helpful and clapped when I left. Socially awkward

I literally had to tell Jay at the "Genius" Bar , "The guy at the other Apple store said that was possible and set it up for me on my phone. Why can't we do it on my computer?" Then...he solved it.
