DOZENS of employees around not really doing anything or helping anyone & not one seems to know what 'customer service' is. Someone finally greeted me & offered assistance as I was LEAVING
Customer service is almost non-existent! And forget about buying DVDs/CDs because they only have about 2 aisles of each!
