Totally worth the price. Our tour guide, Don, was a hoot. Enjoyed learning how the bats are made. He was very knowledgeable and extremely entertaining. Would definitely recommend this place.
If you love baseball and how things are made you'll love this place. Lots of history, changing exhibits and a tour of the bat factory . Neat wall of trademark signatures throughout the decades.
Great place for a baseball fan to visit! No photos of bats being made allowed. Some great baseball artifacts here...like a mini hall of fame almost. Get a picture with the giant bat outside!

One of the best museums I have ever visited!! Got myself a personalized bat with "jswishdaman" on it & picked up mini bats for my niece & nephew too!! You must visit whenever you go visit Louisville!
The guys making bats by hand are awesome, guy saw my white sox hat and made sure everyone knew he was making a Nellie Fox bat replica. Nice!
We love touring the factory and museum . A great place for kids and baseball lovers!
If you're a fan of the game, after the factory tour take the tour of the bat vault where you can hold bats used by Babe Ruth, Jackie Robinson, Henry Aaron and other legends.
On the tour you can hold lots of bats being made for current MLB players. Fun to get an idea. Definitely get ahold of the Babe Ruth replica

The museum shows what is behind hitting a baseball , a replica major league dugout, and has the world’s largest baseball bat . This is a great place to go to teach your kids the history of baseball !

I highly recommend ordering your personalized bat BEFORE you even enter the museum . That way, you won't be stuck waiting over two hours when you are just ready to go. :)

Don't even bother trying to bring the mini souvenir Louisville Slugger onto an airplane in your check-in luggage. As the tourguide mentions, the bat will be confiscated by TSA at Louisville airport .
