I have been patronizing RT many years & I like the cheese stick baked to very brown and crispy but not now ! However the Klang BBK branch cheese stick is what I used to get in ss15 ! Please take note

Always love their cakes , always grab them for occasion! Bread prices are hiking though, but taste remains ???? Love the greentea Swiss-roll & cheesecake !

RT,if u wants to be ever popular pastry shop ,try talk nicely to your customers. There is no need to raise your voice on cakes queries. Be nice to people, & people will write nicely on your bakery shop

A feeling of comfortable , staff are friendly no matter at cafe side or pastry house. Try nutella latte on a rainy day, indeed special but not gonna come back for this again. Cheese cake are good. ????

One of the “Top Most Best Cake House”. I love RT Pastry Cake House ! They have very many array of good choices and always “fresh” with ideas and choices..

Nice latte art . Rm7.80 only. Great pairing with my fav creamy cream roll.. lol

Love the creme brulee tart at rm6.10. And their best seller, a square bun with soft buttery texture, placed by the cashier .

Everything is just perfect... Coffee , beverages, bakeries , environment, smell and people

Signature sandwich is super good! Serve fresh and nice cake and breads . Nutella cappuccino doesn't reach my expectation but so far so good.

They also have their own cafe next to it, nice ambience and comfortable .

Don't like the way they operate their new cafe , troublesome! Pick and pay for pastry first at retail outlet which is always long queue & queue, order and pay for drinks again at cafe ! So inefficient!

Give the Strawberry Omachi a go: chewy, creamy, yet not too sweet. The other buns bought were soft and springy. Consistently satisfied with each visit to RT's.

I personally the green tea bun and green tea roll cake here . Hokkaido cake tastes delicious too.

My all time favourite is brown sugar bread . Rm6.15 , it's so yummy!

There's a variety choices of pastry and cakes here! The price is okay and the most important thing is it's delicious!!!

Their service still SUCKS BIG TIME!! Can't they b more gentle in packing the tart n bread ? Not just simply throw into the plastic bag!! We dont pay to hv the tart n pastry all in pieces!!

An extraordinary pastry house that provides Japanese and Taiwan style of cakes , breads and desserts . They always managed to surprise me. . Highly recommended 

Quality has dropped since the first time I had it. Egg tart I bought was rubbery and over cooked. Cream used in cakes seems like the cheaper option. Bread and some pastries still taste alright tho.

Their Hokkaido cake may not look good (sunk in) but it sure does taste good. RM14.80 for a box of six pieces.

New York cheese cake and marble cheese cake is recommended with a reasonable price

What a gem! Stumbled on the place when I was heading to another pastry place. Bought only the carrot and walnut cake . Will try more next time!

Good cakes but the workers are generally unhelpful and dismissive of any custom requests probably bc of the good business

Cake bread is the best I bought them every time I finish them the next day during those days when I'm having exams

Pricy bakery but nom nom nom and worthwhile for me. Every member of our family loves it. Bought 28 x 1/2 kg green tea cakes for my baby's fullmoon, every1 loves it!
