Great Hotel ! Awesome Amenities ! Service is great! The restaurant has good food. Look for David the waiter he is awesome! Also Colin the bartender for the Tiki Bar is spectacular!
Got there late and Kat was at the front desk. She was so nice and fast. Before I could ask anything she offered me a wake up call and to set a taxi . She is the definition of great costumer service.

It is about a 24 minute walk from Hilton Garden Inn to the entrance to Universal 's City Walk. Head to the intersection of Int'l Dr and Universal Blvd, then cross I-4 on the overpass to Universal .
Worth staying just for the pool cabanas, fire pit and outstanding Tiki Bar !
