Staff here is exceptional.Stayed here multiple times as an elite member and Yasmin and the rest of the staff are great. Refreshing! I stay at a lot of hotels and the staff here alone makes it worth it

Good experience! The hotel is nice, clean and tidy. The staff is really friendly and they are ready to help you at any time! The wifi is a bit slow but hey, more than nothing! Would def return! :)

Nice clean room . Friendly and helping staff . Good price and also allows pets this is a plus with me cuz my dog is just like one of my kids.

There is no elevator , and many little bugs everywhere. Ultimately none of the bugs bite or are dangerous, the hotel is very reasonably priced, and it's living up to the low-budget expectations.

Perfect conditions if u plan to spend the whole day in Universal/Orlando and stay here only for night. Breakfast is awesome!!! ☕????

Next visit to Orlando I'll stay gere. Good price, fere wiFi service and easy to find. Ahhh, also transportation for all parks .

Sounded like a good deal but unfortunately room 281 had a nasty smell and they wouldn't change our room. Had to change hotels at midnight. No bueno.

The building is set up like a maze, bring a map. And the Internet is real slow.

Localização boa, vários estabelecimentos próximos. É perto do Universal e do Premium Outlets . O café da manhã é completo, tem várias opções. O problema é a falta de uma rampa para o segundo andar.

mala experiencia,las canecas de basura sin bolsas ,una cucaracha enorme en el baño ,la cafetera malisima, horrible mal olor en el cuarto
