Four Points by Sheraton Orlando International Drive

Great location! Shuttles to Universal and 20 mins away from Disney. Also tons of food and shopping options around. Loved the heated pool !! Would stay again because of cheap prices and location.

The room we got had a leaky AC unit so there was a large puddle in front of the window. The location is awesome to the park and the front lady was very nice but you can tell it's dated.

This hotel looks a lot nicer from the outside than it does when you get in your room. Our show/tub didn't drain well , so by the time you finished your shower you were standing in 4-5 inches of water.

Right at the Intl' Dr. Free Shuttle service to all major sights in Orlando ! Nice, clean and spacious rooms . Breakfast buffet was good enough (12.5$)! Very friendly staff ! The right place to crush!

This hotel 's rooms are decent, and there is a Denny's and IHop nearby. In the lobby, there is a breakfast buffet , but it isn't included. (The picture is the view from the room.)

Very good hotel . The area around it isn't the greatest but we loved our stay here. It is just a mile from Universal Studios . The building also looks like the Daily Planet building.

The hotel is nice and very well positioned considering any place that you may want to go. In addition, the staff is very friendly and they have good breakfast .

Outstanding, brand-new room. Very good service at front desk, despite noise and construction . Had wonderful Universal park view and saw Hogwarts from my room. Excellent all around Starwood hotel .

The hotel offers spacious rooms with a nice view of the area. You can see the Universal Studios from some of the rooms.

Do NOT take the shuttle to Universal Studios ! you're much better off walking! It's under a mile away.. the shuttle will stop at another hotel and drive around the long way around, much faster walking.

Great location, but not the best hotel . Rooms are very old and some smell, beds are harder than rocks, and the breakfast option for platinum/gold members is just cereal and breads .

Pretty nice place overall, I think they should put new flooring in. This carpet is nasty

This hotel shares a parking lot with Congo River Adventure Golf (highly themed mini-golf). If you love mini-golf, this is a great place to stay!

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in Orlando: comfortable and very well located.

Efficient reception...clean lobby, access to room and room.(important) fast wifi...security parking ... However- perfect !!!

The hotel offers Free shuttles to all the major parks and sights in Orlando ! Beautiful views from the rooms and the staff are extremely nice and very helpful.

It is about a 21 minute walk from Four Points to the entrance to Universal 's City Walk. Head to the intersection of Int'l Dr and Universal Blvd, then cross I-4 on the overpass to Universal .

If you have to buy park tickets, don't waste your time buying them here. They don't do a good job of explaining anything, save the stress and buy online or at the park

A bit run down hotel , good location for Universal studios parks , breakfast is a rip off, you need to pay 5 dollar even for platinum SPG, not great for loyalty

Great discounts in the area for All Star Weekend... FYI traffic is said to be a nightmare.

Was not expecting a great experience based on lousy lobby and clueless check-in staff , but was impressed by other staff & large, comfortable room ! SPG preferred.

Outdoor pool bar is pretty decent...

A/C units are quite noisy , and I appear to have tiny little insects crawling around occasionally in my room... Also the pool is closed at the moment (May '13). Not that impressive for a Sheraton :-(

The bad: the lobby has interesting smell. The good: the hotel has 5 EV charging stations in the back.

The motion sensored air conditioning was pretty rough when my room stayed stifling all night... Because I don't walk around in my sleep....

Great hotel !!

Tried to check-in at 5:00pm and was told our room was still being cleaned . Had to wait over half an hour for keys. After a long day in the sun that's not what we wanted to hear.
