Food here is great. The rooms are nice. The staff is friendly . The pool slide is fun. The rooms facing the pools have balconies , which are great, but can be loud at night as sound echoes.

Awesome bargain. Get a family room (suite). 2 huge pools with fun activities for all. Insanely cheap and good spa . Zest restaurant and 27 Palms Grill are both great!

Nice hotel . Newly remodeled and very clean . The decor is current and the pool is wonderful. Stayed here with 3 kids and everyone loved it. The price was awesome. Easy shuttle to the parks . Excellent!

Great location, good distribution of space if staying with kids. Family suite ... Bunk Beds , "Sofa Cama" and 2 queen beds. View to the amazing pool! So far... No complaints.

Dog friendly , extremely nice and caring staff , nice walkway with doggie bags. Room was beautiful facing the pool.

Ask for the pool view ! The other views are nothing special. Nice and newly renovated . Centrally located with so much nearby, you can't go wrong!

Very pleasant experience in our first stay in a pet-friendly hotel . VERY affordable at $63 & change/night. 1st room stinky. Can we get a diff. Rm? Sure. Can we get it on 1st fl? Sure. Love it.

The pool is amazing here and every room comfortable ! ! The family size rooms are comfy and fit a large family.

Very spacious rooms . We were upgraded to a pool view with a balcony . And we had a couples massage at their spa . Very relaxing.

Eating at the hotel is crazy expensive . Save money and eat at one of the restaurants up the street. Also, load up on healthy snacks at the 711 and stuff your backpack b4 you head to Disney .

Only stayed 1 night (passing through). Pools very nice. Staff polite. Lobby has nice, modern feel that doesn't really carry through to somewhat dated rooms. But clean ! Lots of restaurants in area.

This is probably my favorite hotel . I never have enough time to go to the resort . I end up going to the sovenior shop

Nice Remodel, but is still a mid-market hotel given what they couldn't change (popcorn ceiling, AC unit in each room that can be noisy ). Don't know why they didn't remove all signs of old Safari theme

Swimming pools and poolside bar . Look for the daily $5 drink special .

Stayed two nights while attending a conference at another hotel . Room which overlooked a large heated pool was very clean and comfortable . The staff was very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable .

It was nice and quiet . Room was clean and modern. I don't think it's worthy of being a 4 star hotel , even though the prices and fees are as such.

Front desk staff was great. Concierge was horrible, unless of course you actually wanted to tour Vistana. Location is super. Pools and jacuzzi are nice. I would stay again.

Had a nice stay with a very friendly staff . My only complaint is you have to pay for wifi . I didn't even know it was possible for a hotel not to have free Internet access anymore!

Disney shuttle is unreliable and stops at several other hotels , often without seats for most riders. Plan an extra 30-45 minutes for travel time.

I don't understand the low rating on this hotel . Our stay was four nights this time. Housekeeping is thorough, staff is friendly , texts from front desk making sure all is well . Family activities too.

Hotel renovations are almost done, the staff is very nice, the rooms are fine, the pool area too, seems fine to me...new concept, no more safari =)

Decent hotel , close to Walt Disney world. The shuttle to the parks is useful, but they could use newer busses.

Don't let the name fool you, this isn't really a resort . They'll still charge an extra 30$ a night, however. Plus $15 a night for parking , extra.

Arrived too early for check in, Liz escorted me to the restaurant for breakfast . Service with a smile too!

Upcharge, surcharge, "resort fees" not much better than an average motel .. Definitely a dump for the price.. Resort fee is for the crummy coffee & bottle of water.. Wifi ... This "resort " is horrid.

I've stayed at many 4 star hotels and this one should be rated a 3. It's newly remodeled but nowhere close to a 4 star hotel . The doors are not interior which is a big negative for me. Save your money

Its was pretty cheap , clean , shuttles to disney .. It is a lil outdated, but it was a good place to rest and sleep

Hotel starting $25 Million renovation this week. Should be a beautiful property once complete. Staff is wonderful.
