This is something fun and different to do on the weekend. Make sure to pay attention to all of the areas or you might miss something great. There are alligators here too!

Bring binoculars & your dslr. Great walk for overcast days with a neat boardwalk and lots of wildlife to observe.
The name Wakodahatchee is derived from the Seminole Indian language and means “created waters”. The area is home to a variety of birds, turtles , frogs, alligators , and more.
Lots of birds to see. Most of the walkway is not shaded, so consider sunscreen . If you want to avoid the crowd, try Green Cay Wetlands nearby.

Great place for photographing birds! For best results, use long lenses (400mm or longer).
Make sure u bring binoculars n a bird book . It also helps if u no what a gator looks like!
