If you come in with a coffee or hot tea from a different shop they will replace it with a new cup of Starbucks coffee for free. I tagged along with my friend one day and ended up with a new drink.

I come here EVERY morning & Robin gets me right!!! She is the sweetest girl ever. She automatically makes my drink as soon as I walk in!

I stood on line for about four minutes while the Barista stuff gave the customer the wrong change and struggled over how to rectify the situation. It's the morning!

If you're here in the afternoon, try ordering ahead from the app. Lines can get crazy then.

The baristas are very well versed in the "secret" custom drinks. One girl can do an amazing apple pie frappuccino .

Quick service , but there's usually a sizable line of Penn-affiliated folks.

Order a cream-based mocha - it's a lovely chocolate frappucino without the unnecessary "double choc chip ."

They get busy, so order your drink on your app early.

Sharon is awful. Everyone else makes this my favorite starbucks in the city ... but she ignores customers while carrying on full convos
