It's a great museum that needs to be seen. Great subject that is very often over looked.
Get here an hour before close bc you will not be allowed in to see the exhibit . It takes an hour to view !!!
MD Civil War Trail : Tells the story of medical practices during the war, when Frederick had many hospitals .
Dogs are allowed in the lobby area- they may even bring out a water bowl !
if Sue is working, ask to see the 100% wool socks she hand knits for Civil War reinactors.
Maybe not worth the $7.50...
