USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center Flushing , NY 11368 United States
This is the best of the outer courts and always has great matches.
Court 17 marks the newest addition to the grounds of the US Open. The playing surface is sunk 7 feet into the earth to create a more intimate environment and it seats up to 2,800 fans!
The lines are much shorter on the far side entrances. Seats get very hot in the sun. You have a higher percentage of catching a ball hit into the stands on the umpire's chair side of the court.
For best unreserved seats at the Open, travel around to the far side of the court.
Sit behind the service line if you can, the spin you get to see is fantastic
No shade, but amazing views !
The seats in the very front are great. Ok, it says media only, but who his checking.
Cool new court. Feel a lot closer to the action.
Ready to play

Atmosphere, people watching, great tennis, Heineken, Honey Deuce - Ari Ben
Beatiful venue with excellent visibility from any angle. Honestly the higher you sit, the more you can see. With good lenses, one can take really amazing pictures. - Mateusz Mentlewicz
The new Armstrong is stunning. The architecture is beautiful and is cozier than the old Armstrong. You can find food options in here as well! - Joe Montes
Purchase tickets in advance for guaranteed seating. Choose baseline seats or the side opposite of the umpire's chair which obstructs the view of the players. It's also faster to get in / out. - EArchitect
