RIU Palace Las Américas

Good calm beautiful place to stay you can go to the other riu if you want to check them out but the service is great the staff is up to par and all the workers greet you

This was a beautiful hotel . The beach was kind of small, but it has a lot of access to the water. The pool bar is a great size though. Not much of a bar scene here, the Riu next door has a small club.

The Riu Palace is extremely clean , spacious rooms & amazing staff . Your wristband works at all 3 Riu's (walk to Riu Cancun's beach ). Make dinner reservations immediately. Only Negative = Poor Internet

This was a great place to stay with an awesome staff and friendly guests. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

Ya es nuestra 5ta visita a este Riu Palace, es nuestro Riu favorito. La atención año con año va mejorando. Esta vez fue increíble, la atención del capitán Armando supero todas nuestras expectativas .

El trato del personal es súper todos muy amables y atentos en lo que te puedan ayudar para mi fue excelente y realmente satisfecho volvería con todo gusto me encanto

Definitivamente volveré. Todos son super serviciales y muy amables. Puedes entrar a todos los Riu enseñando el brazalete. Me gustó mucho el buffete y las bebidas del all inclusive.

Excelente. Comida, atendimento, local, instalações, tudo ótimo. Quando você termina a dose de tequila , o garçom está com a próxima pronta, antes de você pedir. Acontece o mesmo com todas as bebidas .

Generell kann man nichts sagen , das Service, das Essen, Sauberkeit und alles rund um die Uhr vorhanden. Habe mich wirklich wohl gefühlt.Ein Minuspunkt hier ist dass es zugeht wie auf dem Rummel.
