Hotel Riu Cancun

What a place! Food is consistently amazing and a special shout out to the entertainment team - the best I've ever experienced. Rooms are a little dated but I can live with that.

Now this is just as god as the riu palace however where the riu palace is quiet and relaxing this one is more of a party resort theres a club and a 24 hr bar where they serve fruts and burgers .

Experience excellent service, a fantastic white sand beach in Cancun, Mexico. Also don’t miss the treatments at their world-class Renova Spa , which also has a gym , sauna , and Jacuzzi .

Beautiful. The liquor is low end, but it's free and no one is complaining. I wish the bar tenders knew a little more as to what to do with the liquor . But, it's such a great place. 5 stars in my mind.

Awesome customer service.. Had bugs in our room.. Quickly exterminated.. And very helpful to book reservations outside of resort . Also Note: can only book the a la carte 2 days in advance! :(

Don't worry if you can't get a dinner reservation - just show up at the first seating time (6:30 or 7 depending on season), and you will prob get seated after around 10min.

Not only in hotel but anywhere in Mexico giving tips returns you a super customer treatment, large doses, extra towels, anything that you may need.

Have lunch at the italian restaurant in the lobby. Order the steak . Absolutely delicious.

The Room balcony has a terrible view ! It has a concrete wall of the size of a person!!

Give the bartenders a tip and you will be treated as a king

Use the farmacia in the mall across the street (Plaza Caracol) for cheaper sunscreen than in the Hotel 's tienda

Ask for el Hefe at the pool bar . Aka furtunato. He is the best!

The lobby is the only place to get WiFi . However, Riu staff will bring you drinks though!

The farmacia has learned and adapted. I could only save like 2$ in sunblock

El mejor hotel ❤️😊 modernizado y si duermes mucho no te quedas sin comer. El sol esta a la orden del día. Tiene 2 piscinas y un jacuzzi . Los meseros son geniales y todo el personal .

excelente servicio, comida abundante y deliciosa, los tragos no dejan de fluir... un hotel mas para adultos que para familias .. muy bueno para conocer gente de todas partes del mundo...

Uno de los mejores resorts en todo Cancún, la playa y el mar son excelentes, comida muy variada para todos los gustos, hay un bar de deportes 24h donde comes y hay juegos . El mejor trago: "Goodbye".

La comida es excelente, todo el tiempo te estan ofreciendo bebidas a tu gusto, la playa esta muy bien cuidada solo bajen temprano para tomar el sol, ya que mas tarde el sol no da sobre la playa

Hotel muito bom all inclusive com vista espetacular para o mar do Caribe, comida deliciosa no buffet , só não agradou o restaurante japonês . Ponto neg: academia ruim pequena e alg aparelhos quebrados.

las instalaciones de primera el servicio en bueno pero no excelente y la ubicacion magnifica sin duda alguna lo recomiendo

Dica: o pessoal guarda as melhores cadeiras perto da piscina com vista para o mar, onde bate o sol, antes mesmo do amanhecer. Aproveite o espaço com hidromassagens que fica meio escondido do resto.

O atendimento é ótimo, os restaurantes , as piscinas e a praia na frente do hotel . Pontos a melhorar: ter wifi liberado nos quartos (atualmente o wifi só é livre no saguão e piscina ) e o spa (caro )!

Atendimento excelente com funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos. Localização top, em frente a um shopping e do lado das melhores baladas de Cancun. Comida farta e muito boa! Volto com certeza!
