RIU Caribe

Nice Riu resort , plenty of space on the beach and pool. The rooms are updated and clean . There are food and drink options all day. I was not impressed with the restaurants compared to Riu in D.R.

Hotel is laid back , not uptight like the other Riu neighbor...the hotel promoters know whats the best thing to do at night. Good overall ambiance, Ari is an awesome event planner :)

The best hotel ever! Nice activities during the day. Amazing food amazing drinks amazing beach . The staff is the best. Marcos at the 24 hours bar , Carlos from Coco Bogongo, Lupita at the front desk.

Cant beat the powdery white sand , and the good service from the staff .

Pay for internet = Good speed, stable and WiFi access on the room. Free internet = Very limited speed, long loading times for regular webpages and limited usage. So paying will keep you sand ;)

You can visit Riu Cancun (about 3 miles in the hotel zone) with your wrist band. Their restaurants are better, especially the Italian which is open for lunch . Don't bother with the steak and Mexican

50 dollars for Wifi anywhere in the hotel for a week through Kubi Wireless

Free WiFi 90 minutes à day only in THE lobby. But see what I can do from THE beach !!!! WiFi around the hotel payed for 3 days .... 30 dollar ...

Hotel muito bom, bem localizado, praia maravilhosa...Possui bons restaurantes , com todos os tipos de culinária! Pontos negativos: wifi não incluso e bebidas mal preparadas! No geral nota 8,5...

O hotel é incrível, com muitas opções de entretenimento e ótima comida. Agende os passeios turísticos em agências online e não com os agentes do lobby: cobram o dobro do preço pelo mesmo passeio.

Me gustó todo el ambiente, el personal , el servicio, la comida, bebidas..sólo que no hay wifi en las habitaciones . Si volvería con gusto a este hotel ????????????

Lo mejor: muy accesible para personas con discapacidad a excepción del Sports Bar que tiene muchos escalones y no cuenta con rampa. Comida: el Chilli de Restaurant Gaviotas es delicioso.

Tiene una playa hermosa! Esta muy cerca de playa tortugas , desde donde puedes ir a Isla Mujeres.

O hotel é muito bom, staff simpático e prestativo, só tome cuidado com o pessoal da agência Scuba que fica no hotel , são bem enrolados.

Es un hotel con varias actividades por hacer, además tienes incluido toda la comida y la bebida.

Hemos estado dos semanas y la pasamos increible! Lo unico que puedo decir es que la comida no es de lo mejor, pero el resto esta muy bien! Yo si lo recomiendo!

El restaurante de comida asiática es el mejor! Rica comida y gran variedad!

La mayoría de las personas fueron muy amables, lamentablemente unos cuantos muestran favoritismo a los extranjeros. Falta seguridad, cuiden sus cosas al comer (bolsas , etc)

Bonito hotel con buen servicio pero no merece las cinco estrellas por: tamaño, diseño, estilo de habitaciones , falta de restaurantes , entre otras cosas.

Cuartos renovados pero habiamos escogido ocean view y no nos lo dieron. Le doy 8 animadoras ricas jaja

Tenia mas expactacion de esta hotel . Esta unpoquito viejo pero bien servicio.

No es malo, pero le falta más control a los jóvenes que solo vienen a beber y embrutecerse ya que son molestos para las familias o mujeres solas.
