Very friendly and nice staff , they are always smiling and ready to help. Food is great, park is just excellent, the beach is the best I've ever seen before. Def worth every penny! 9/10

Great selection of restaurants , however food is ok. Good size pool, but if you want to grap a spot on the beach or at the pool you need to set up your alarm clock. Everything is taken by 9am !!

Do not expect chef level quality food. Beach and facilities are amazing tho, we’ve enjoyed the perfect day with the delightful sea and golden sand beach .

Overall, good value for what you pay for; the junior suite/lagoon view rooms are nice and have balconies . Don't forget to have breakfast @ the marketplace , the best restaurant available!

Food was absolute shit as well as the service. You can stay in different all inclusive hotels and have better food. The resort is big and nice but you can have a better experience in another one.

Great place to stay. Food is good. Tacos by the pool are great. Pizza at the Joy's Trattoria is delicious. Deli sport bar & Coyote Loco bar is fun.

Not the best hotel but it's not bad!!! Lobby is HOT def no AC (I guess) compared to Grand Oasis..Club $50 cover, drinks included/ride there not ride back! Club scene is WORTH it ! Good Time though

WiFi has extra charge. If you're not Mexican, you get better service and better attitude from the employees. If it rains, it's almost sure your room will flood because balcony doors aren't well sealed

You have to pay for the wifi . That sucks. But try royal resorts wifi .

The wifi doesnt work instead of the fact That you are paying 25$. The only word That the bar man say is: "propina".

This hotel is adequate. My experience wasn't bad but I wouldn't return. Pool and beach location is great but hotel desperately needs renovation and the front desk staff needs lessons in courtesy.

Bad quality drinks and really bad food. Rooms are old and in need of maintenance. All inclusive definitely not worth the price. Beach is beautiful tho...

Hermosa vista, mucha variedad en restaurantes ???? El check in es lento sino, el servicio no es lo más destacado. No te sirven bebidas en la zona de la alberca , tú debes ir por ellas. ????

Muy lindo Hotel , el check-in un poco lento pero nada del otro mundo, no se amarguen las vacaciones por ese tipo de detalles, a disfrutar :)

Excelente hotel y excelente servicio. Lo único que les falla es que en los módulos de toallas a un lado de la alberca te quieran enjaretar tours o actividades con costo extra.

Springbreakers. Te patean la puerta de tu habitación durante la noche, no se puede dormir siesta porque la fiesta en la playa es del mediodía hasta las 6pm, nos quedamos sin toallas un día completo.

Excelente vista desde las habitaciones del piso 9 y espectacular!Mar tranquilo como alberca y el hotel buen servicio con sus detalles que pudieran mejorar Sin duda al hotel lo hace la playa y vista!

Excelente hotel all inclusive, com muitos bares e restaurantes . Alem de alguns quartos com vistas para o bar . Só cuidado com os quartos mais altos, falta pressão da água . Recomendo.

Estabamos hospedados en Palm Beach Resort en all inclusive asi que teniamos acceso a los demas oasis con los mismos beneficios, eso esta genial! A mi me encantos el ambiente
