come here before 9am and you'll save so many hours of waiting compared to coming here in the afternoon.

Tips when u need to deal with any gov service - First park your car anywhere you want..the get your number..then go park your car properly..trust me you dont need worry about your turn..

though it was packed with so many people . the jpjs staff did a really good job . they did their service quite fast . satisfied .

can i ask some question? Actually i want go to renew my license ,but i anything i need bring (photo,or anything?) please answer elder,Thank you.

If applying for renewals, lost cards, etc, make sure have a copy of your passport sized photo, and copy of your ID and other relevant info to speed up the process.

Crazy queue sigh... But at least fellow Malaysian drivers in the line are pleasant!

U will be disappointed if u purposely took leave to settle a mattle here...u will be waiting the whole day or not even ur turn especially the system is down or offline...cry also useless

Other than the spoilt air cond, quite fast service . Runner offered to renew my license for rm80 but I paid rm0 doing it myself.

Bring your own passport photo with WHITE background NOT BLUE, if not you have to pay RM10 for 4pcs (very expensive )

Beside it has a shop provide photo shooting. Charge minimum 8passport size for RM15

Taman permaisuri branch have ice spitting aircond malfunction pc and seriously lack of staff .

Lots of people now, even though 6 counters open now but not moving fast enough. Will get worst at 1pm when only 2 counters are open.

I went to JPJ office Cheras on 7th November for renewal of my Driving License .I found the guard in a very rude way talking to me.Hope the competent authority will take action against him.
