Passport on same day. Opens from 8 to 10. Would highly recommend you to go as early as 6.30 am if you're going on weekend

During weekends, better to queue there before 9am to get a number, otherwise you may not be able to get the service at the same day,only first 300-400 person could be served.

Heard that we dont have to bring our own photo starting March 2014. Wondering whether it will reduce the process time or vice versa.

Collect passport at counters 10-12. Wait nearby n pay attention as they will call by name. Screen rarely call your no to collect. No need to show receipt. Scan thumbprint n sign form n passport . Done!

If you come aroun 9am especially weekend, you'll definitely have to wait until 5pm for your number to be called. Do come early.

Came in at 5.50pm. Num called up at 6.30pm. Make payment 10 minutes after that and just nice before their break hours got my passport ready. Thumbs up.

Payment is at counter 9 only. Current rate rm200 for 5 years. Tips-prepare cash as backup! Credit card machine was not available today. IC will b given back after payment. Next-collect passport

Dah 2 kali datang no already reach the MAX. Please notify us pukul berapa nak datang just to collect the number and announce how much numbers that been produced everyday

First time been here. Fast service ......get my passport ready less than 1 hour during weekdays. Good initiative by Govn of Malaysia

Bless their souls they can work really fast on a Friday night. Came in at 8pm was 12th in line and at 9pm I picked up the passport .

Please prepare photo with white background. For those who wear spec, please remove it for the photo. Imgresen will refuse to accept it. Please be aware!

They are open until 9pm; you can renew your license/passports here. Depending on crowd, I got my passport renewed in 45mins.

When your no is called, go to counters 1-8 assigned for passport processing. Give docs n q no. Scan thumbprint. Take photo. Scan thumbprint again. They will keep your passport n IC for now. Paymt next

Tips to take queue no. Prepare your IC/passport in hand. Tell the officer passport renewal/first time. Show IC/passport to get the no. Senior citizens get diff no series(priority queue).

Come early to avoid long waiting time. On fourth floor , theres a medan selera for you to pass time. Take the lift across the road

Reached here abt 10am, total waiting time is 5.5hrs++ Verification/Photo/Pymt (incl. 1 hr lunch break)! But....guess wht? System Down while waiting to collect Passport !!!!! ????

Not need prepare own photo again, just prepare ic. And don't apply during school holidays, you will face the trouble.

Expect for a long Q during weekend. We come on Saturday morning 8.30am and Q ady 180 but processing number running average about 25 persons /hour

Normally every business attended run smoothly in no time but during my visit 2 weeks ago took 6 hours (11AM - 5.30PM)

No need to bring passport photo just bring ur ic n photostat ic only(for new application)

Come on weekdays to avoid disappointment. On weekends the number will finish up very quickly

Renew 5 years so that you don't need to come back often for the queue.

Come early to get number. Subject to availability. Process passport 1 hour. Whole process take 2 hour if you early.

The lift here doesn't executed well . There is non sensor and looks ensconce. Hazardously turn into peoples & kids moving around in here.

Came on a weekday to renew passport..10:30-1:38 waited 3hours for our num to b called ???????? total passport renewal process took us 4 n half hours..

Don't come during weekend. It's a disaster. If u came at weekend, don't over the 9am mark because I waited from 9am-4pm. Malaysian efficiency is a big question mark!

Open 8.30 a.m - 10 p.m .... Come early to make sure u no longer to wait.. :)

Collection service is effing haywire. They skipped a bunch of numbers and said 'we x ikut q numbers, if siap kita bg, if x, x la'..so what the number is for? Keje ikut sukati je...

Very lousy service. 9 am queue number finished,seen not even 1 thousand numbers are being distributed. Some more the operation hours is until 10pm... Betul Betul Malaysia Boleh!!
