Very efficient, all 4 counter are open on Tuesday. Changing the driving license can done within one hr. Fast!

One of the most efficient counter service I experienced. Took my number and there were 6 more people. I waited 10minutes, sat at the counter for two more and waited for my new card for 10more. Steady

The operation time is Monday-Sunday (except public holiday) 8.30am-10.00pm, urusaniaga kaunter 8.30-9.00pm.

It can get crowded if only one counter is open, nevertheless the actual encounter is very efficient. For replacing a lost driving license , you'd need a photostat copy of IC and 1 passport photo .

download the JPJeQ app in advance, scan the QR code for a queue no. During fasting month on Friday, the office reopens at 2.30 pm

If you want to resolve any matter quickly, please be there early and it would help you a lot :)

Lots of people but fast service . However need to bring own photo for renewing driving license unlike UTC Melaka where u just go there and take photo

Replacing driving licence needs original Licence & IC. No need to bring passport photo if IC chip is readable

4 levels of parking inside UTC. First 15 mins or parking is free.

Good to only renew license similar post office .. Else they will ask to go to Wangsa Maju or other jpj. Zzz please improve!

Revised hours for Ramadhan month. Numbers run out quickly over weekend!

Jpj website mentioned no need to bring photo for new license renewal, but here requires one. what a loser..

SRATA camera shop, Rmb to check ur photo after its taken and print . Mine was terrible, picture over expose, face not center of the picture, 6 pcs are not of same size, and it cost u rm12.
