Love it. So loud . So alive. So pop culture. The food is to die for. Definitely recommend the lettuce wraps , burgers & stakes. Why get a bigger beer ? Cuz it's bigger beer #cheers ????

If you're going with a large group (hockey , baseball team etc...) please sit with who you're paying for. You hold up everyone else around you while the servers sort it all out.

I wanted a medium-rare steak . I ordered a medium-rare steak "err, on the side of rare." My steak was well done. Why, oh why? ... An I ordering a steak in a place like this?

Try chicken fingers with fries and chicken parmigana... Really good!!

Get the garlic bread or go home.

The fish and chips here are good. So is the apple pie à la mode.

Be prepared to squint with the new menus; very hard to read.

The Indian Butter Chicken is good, but a modest-sized portion for Jack's.

I love Jack Astors. The only thing they can improve is the washroom. For some reason the WC here smells HORRIBLE as of May 1 2010. I'm sure it will be rectified. Until then make a pitstop elsewhere.

Make a reservation on the weekends. I just bypassed an hour waiting list.
