Waffle dessert is a must to try. It is to die for! I find the service to be slow.
The spinach and feta omlette is incredible. Try it with a side of bacon .
Breakfast menu is stellar, decor is spectacular!

Every day there is a special--Saturdays, try the pitcher of Sangria . Good for two, and quite fruity !
Second time I've been to Symposium Cafe . Never again. Had the pesto flatbread . It was the worst I've ever had. Very small portion, very little amount of topping and it was very dry, completely burnt.
Try the Firecracker Shrimp ! Delicious!

Vanilla chai latte is very sweet, I had to dilute mine with coffee .

Overpriced, and they water down the margaritas when they're on special.
