Love the really deep flavors from the seafood broth. They serve you hot tea while you line up outside
Nice soup , but might need to wait for a while before getting into the restaurant
The flavor of the shrimp soup is fantastic when the first time you take it. However, still a little bit of salty when you are done with the whole bowl.
The soup base is very good. But service is quite slow.
原味湯頭+味噌基底有種莫名的油膩感，可能要點淡麗+鹽味或許才有標榜蝦湯頭的清爽感。麵條為粗麵，亦可換成細麵。飯糰是預作再用微波爐加熱。不收服務費且可刷卡。
適量豚骨味噌口味的湯頭有濃濃的蝦味，雖然有一點點鹹，但是很合我的口味，好好喝！可惜只有薄薄一片叉燒 肉及半顆唐心蛋。
稍微加一點胡椒，湯頭味道更好～
蝦味很重 個人還是喜歡豚骨拉麵
不加一片叉燒 有點少。
