The bison filet melts in your mouth. The roasted asparagus is good as well as the broccoli with cheese . Jo was attentive and an excellent server.
The sweet drop biscuit was so good. Prime rib was delish! Bison burger was outstanding. There was not a single bite that disappointed.

For vegetarians they have a few salads and a tolerable Vege burger , which surprisingly is not called the Jane Fonda. I don't mind this place and my friends are happy I guess.

We had a bison burger (New Mexico) and the bison pot roast . Not terrible, but wasn't with the $50 we paid. Also, service was slow (25 mins till we saw a server again after showing us the dessert menu )
