They're really touchy when it comes to making your appointments at the Genius Bar . Arrive 5 min. late and you could lose the appointment. DO NOT BE LATE!

Purchase portable devices (laptops, ipads, iphones) from Best Buy. The warranty at Best Buy covers accidental damage and Apple Care does not.
