Head out to the garden terrace-y area; it may be further from the food, but more open space , and strangely fewer people. Order the burger , sip on your Bollie Rose , and get loose as a goose...

Being a frequent visitor here on international transfers, I am always impressed with the efficiency and genuinely pleasant assistance that I receive at the Guest Services desk. Thanks Trish.

Joint London

Only elite Cannes Lions revellers enjoy the rarified atmosphere here at the BA First Class Lounge . Remember, if there's anything you want that isn't on offer at the bar , just ask a staff member.

Marc Lewkowitz

While the lounge is generally always busy, I have never had a problem finding a seat. One thing that could be improved is fixing the plug receptacles as many are too loose.

Ahmad Alfilimbany

Amazing lounge . Very convenient seating arrangement, friendly staff and good selection of food/drinks. The WiFi speed is good as well ????

Order from the menu which are laying around the lounge . Food is freshly made . Buffet is horrendous mess and is filled with greasy food. Great to putting Kon weight or boosting the cholesterol level

Paul Papadimitriou

5am is the only quiet time in this usually packed lounge . Not all sofa groups have power sockets /wireless charging. Quieter coffee machines closer to the First Wing. The pains au chocolat are good.

Sue Black

Great place to relax pre-flight and have a glass of champagne ???? or enjoy the sunrise ????

Sam Cunningham

Ask if they have any special treats not on display. They love the inquiry and keep a few items out of sight to dazzle you.

Paul Lee

The at table menu is great. Lots of choice including a sublime burger . Always a good rice dish and a healthy salad to balance the burger .

Thea B

Shower . Showering on a layover is the most reviving thing you can do. Reserve in the lounge menu. Exit the lounge to get the the showers (they are down the hall where you came in)

Joint London

For Cannes Lions delegates keen to catch up with the office , remember the wifi password here changes regularly. And if the office can wait, check out the rosé selection. Perfect prep for La Croisette.

Paul

Make sure to have a look on their menu before filling up on the buffet . A step above the business lounge from choice of food and beverages to seating areas.

Samantha B

It's always bloody hot in here! Food is mediocre. Just drink champagne .

phil scott

Breakfast is a good full English style, but the eating area gets full very quickly because of that.

The Honourable Husband

A perfectly serviceable top-tier lounge . But REAL first class passengers use the Concorde Room .

Richard

New caterers from today 2may13. Lets see if their ideas are more creative than the last team. Also always try out the open areas on the east side. They're great.

Ifiiky1

Wonderful lounge fantastic views over the runway and BAs amazing operation at T5.great selection of drinks and wines , nice tea and coffee .Fab Bacon nuttiest and soups.great place to chill on terrace

Justine Arreche

Large, quiet and comfortable . Food is labeled when vegan suitable which is super helpful for us vegans on-the-go!

Rickard Jonsson

A nice first-class lounge with good drinking options and decent food.

Josh A

Nice lounge but for first class it’s surprisingly pedestrian. There’s a champagne bar of course! Breakfast was decent.

Renaud #

The 80's called, they want their washrooms back ????

Andy Volk

Enjoy a glass of Tattinger at the excellent champagne bar in back next to the "work + entertainment zone"

Ben Finlay

Order from the menu and swerve that horrible buffet shite!

Mark Flynn

Hamburgers have improved and can be pimped with cheese and/or bacon . On the way up since the poor inspection report :-)

Jari Arkko

There's a hidden power socket behind the tvs in the right (terrace ) and left corners.

Del Noble

Go through the double doors at the far end for better seating and a less claustrophobic setting

Spiros Apostolopoulos

Great place to sit and wait for your flight. Breakfast was excellent!

Anthony Old

This is a cool lounge and I always like to see the Phillip Stark Life-size stallions on entry. The Rose bubbles is a must!

Oliver Krantz

Pork belly and red cabbage are excellent, best meal I have had here so far.

ASK Gwen Cash

Great free breakfast and champagne selections with free wifi for long layovers.

J05H M

Good options are pretty lacklustre but there’s a small kids’ room and plenty of seating

jansen c

Great service, stable wifi

Colm Linehan

The terrace is a nice quiet place to catch up on some sleep or read undisturbed.

Jeff Melnyk

I like the little "outside" terrace area . Quieter and less busy. Decent food and wine !

Jen Pollack Bianco

There is an excellent wine selection - try some of the Aussie D'Arenberg. If it's too early for red, check out the mimosa bar .

Nick Shanker

Very spacious and good food . A bit on the crowded side

Bruno Chiaruttini

Much more quiet than the other lounges (South and North). They even have showers , a spa , a wine bar and real food.

Manolis Karapatakis

Relaxing and enjoy the pre flight:)

Mike Lester

If travelling from Satellite C, because there is no lounge you get a £15 credit at Starbucks for food and drinks

Mark Wright

Very good service

Kimberly Yurisich

Looks like they've improved the food menu - laverstoke farm sausages and freshly made burgers rather than the mini ones in the buffet . wish I was here later in the day...

Chris Pinnock

A bit loud today. Kids. Suited fellow on the blower walking around being dead loud too. And then the waiter dropped glasses everywhere. This is an exception. Usually it's better than this.

Rana Raychoudhury

Strange. There is a separate lounge for "real" first-class passengers (The Concorde Room ), so this lounge (although extremely nice) is somehow mis-named.

Tony Long

If you can stomach being a frequent flyer on American, then you get credentials to enter the BA lounges at Heathrow. Not exactly the rock-n-roll life of the Virgin lounge , but quite luxe. Read more

First Class !? I think not. Grubby, flea-bitten furniture , stained carpets, untidy, inhospitable staff . BA - please try harder!

NJA

Despite the name, this isn't the real FIRST lounge . This lounge exits for BA Gold card and Onewold Emerald members. The actual FIRST lounge is the CCR

Oliver H

I like this place - decent food selection, friendly service ... Good place!

jason p

Champagne on the outdoor terrace is almost worth flying BA for

Luciano Cunha

On the back of the horses (butt) it is written: "design by front" and an "O" face LOL

Nice relaxing way to wait for your connection! Make sure you book ASAP. Can be a challenge to get a spot. Massaging chair is a good alternative. Try it if you can. - Marc
