No room service : You can order from your room & pick up in the lobby - limited menu.
Hilton is not what it used to be. Might as well stay at a motel 6. Service was non-existent. Bare bones accommodation.
I'm a Diamond member of many years and this is one of the WORST services I've ever had at a Hilton property. Been trying to settle an overcharge for >week, but looks like I won't be getting my refund.
