Loved the Unagi Hitsumabushi and Warabimochi the most out of all the dishes and desserts we ordered. Wagyu , Tonkatsu , and Matcha Tiramisu were not bad as well .
Must try the Unagi (eel ) rice bowl . First try without the soup , and then with. The scrambled egg was cooked perfectly.
Wagyu rice bowl . Another must try. Still drooling over the perfectly poached egg over wagyu and rice .
Unagi hitsumabushi is amazing with the tea added, Wagyu beef don is pretty good
Wagyu , tonkatsu and Hainan chicken were all great! Loved the modern twist on the Hainan chicken
