beautiful room , very quante , im sure once the remodeling is done it will be something very nice. id stay again but after the remodeling and the bus boys are wonderful!!! sooooo helpful!

Nice hotel and friendly staff . Stayed in the Deluxe room with a king size bed and view . View was "okay" of the river (14th floor.) The room was the perfect size for myself and my boyfriend.

It's pretty rough right now with all the construction noises waking you up by 7am. It will probably only get worse with the building diagonally about to go up. Offer a discount for putting up with it!

Great hotel . Be sure to get a room with a view , after all it's in the center of the city . Sometimes there fireworks at night

Dated rooms, construction until summer 2013 meaning LOUD drilling sounds from 8am on, plus hammering. Staff is nice and friendly and TV is big, and that's about all it has going for it...

RTR is a must have - all organic , farm to table and gluten-free foods. New renovation is awesome

They are making alot of improvement here seen ppl cleaning the outside windows last week. Not to sure about valet parking my car too many younger guys driving other ppls car. They may be 16 17

Valet parking is a great option, with in-out privileges.

Construction is finally done, still only 2/5 of the elevators work still. Rooms are not changed, lobby and bar are nice now. Stayed 10/14-15 for $87/night on Priceline. They wanted $239 on Hyatt.com.

I don't like this place. Rooms are out dated, don't have my favorite channels, breakfast Buffet is $16, Internet $10 a night. Maid did a half job on cleaning my room the second night .

Decent location and nice staff but disappointed in my room. Very average, smelled like smoke and I find it odd that the drapes were a mess and there were no towels in the bathroom .

Look for coffee and food elsewhere. Little cafe has limited selection and very grumpy staff

Valet was ok for the first night, but my second night visiting I had this guy Andrew park my car and it came back with a stench!!!!

Came back to hotel last night - no water. Still no water this morning. What a disaster!!! Their solution: go to hotel next door (Millenium) and take a shower ) - last trip to Hyatt for me!!

Check in is not at 4pm or first come first basis.... We've been here since 12:30pm and called at 10am to advise early check in and still not in room. Bad service

Don't stay here for a while. Construction/Renovation. It is super loud in my room and I had to work from a Starbucks nearby.

Pretty darn nasty hotel if you ask me. It is dirty and old although they are undergoing a reno.
