Came around 930am for renew passport and done on 12pm. Still acceptable for waiting. Its only took one hour to snap pic and make payment.

Bullshit place. As if it's better but the mentality is the same. Better shut down and ask people go back to the normal offices . Never see this type of shit happening in Singapore.

Renew passport less than 30 minutes !process much Easier and faster!

Slow as hell!! 13 counters there and they just open 4 counters..Rest time 12:15pm-2:45pm now already 4:15pm they still havnt come back! Wtf! Everybody waited for many hours still havnt get the number!

Service are so fast. And i love the library ????

Proses pantas dan efisyen. KWSP dan LHDN tiada di sini. Kaunter popular dan ramai orang, Imigresen (passport) dan JPN (kad pengenalan). Tak perlu bawa gambar.

hotspot Wifi sini laju and urusan yang lancar untuk penukaran IC or buat baru.. tak perlu tunggu lama and mengambil masa yang lama untuk siapkan IC~ ????????????????????
