The RELA staff there are very helpful and polite. The only problem is the parking lot . It's limited and recently they closed some of the entrances going there. (Maybe temporary)

Officers don't even give proper explanation for the process of visa(student) cancelation.You have to come and go to learn how.Ridiculous.

Avoid long-weekend holiday, after Hari Raya holidays, I came on Wed, reached here ard 9:30am, i'm given number after 2:00pm. That's not it, at 2pm, u gotta exchange the number at the counter again :(

Aras 6 , Kedai @ Print Shoppe (KKSIJ), Lagi cepat buat passport kalau datang ambil gambar and fotokopi kat sini. Makanan and minuman ringan pun ada, so, kalau lapar dahaga, datang je.

Not bad la.. Sbb dieorg try wat dgn cepat . Kita pun kena faham kerja dieorg kan

Kena tingkatkan kebersihan bangunan ini. Warga asing mengotorkan bangunan ini.

Kadangkala normal counter lagi cepat dari special counter sistem selalu offline hurm...

Service buat pasport yang terbaik dan pantas. Semua staff bekerja tanpa melihat pangkat, 3 paku pun jaga kaunter bagi nombor.40min dah siap walau beratus orang. Salute!!!!

Kalau nak berurusan ngn kdn .. Bhagian imgresen level 8 kena ader kesabaran y tinggi kaunter num bkk jam7 ..

Level 8 sakit kepalaaa.. Rase nya klu diorg rotate lunch hour mcm bank lg bagus..

Datanglah awl sebelum ayam bgn klau x nak que panjang tggu number giliran..sendat ketat
