Waiting time = 1 hour for ID card collection IF your thumbprints are acceptable by the scanner

Before 730 beratur je. Dpt awal num! Then start 730 num dah jalan so within half an hour dah bole settle, if dtg awal la ????????????

They should provide more seats. I see lots of elders are standing at passport department

The numbers is moving super slow! Not a single toilet can be use in the whole block. Service sucks

Open at 8am, but come early to get q number. Passport can be done within 3 hours, IC next day collection.

Ada brader yg bagi nombor di kaunter nombor giliran tu trip2 kapten ja . Maka bagi nombor ja . Mmg temberang mau mampus!
