Good baristas. Can improve by make the order by sequence.its unfair that weve waited for so long but the later person get their order first

New baristas team seems not friendly as before.it would better if they can improve in term communications with cust. & appearance too.

Staff always change but the hospitality doesn't. They recently renovated the place and I look new and hip

Spacious and now it’s even 24 hours . But the drinks are inconsistent. The baristas always forget to deduct RM2 when you use a tumbler . And the pastries suck ass.

I think SB Setia Tropika really need to be refurbished internally. Most of the people complaining that SB now nothing more than Kedai Mamak . Let’s improve!
