The tropical burger was delicious! It's huge. Skip the cheese if you are not that hungry. It's the perfect place to take a break from the beach .

The rooftop is nice. Listening to the reggae band with the ocean breeze blowing while drinking some long island ice tea . WONDERFUL!

The shrimp wrap with chipotle mayo was superb! The service leaves a bit to be desired though. So as long as you are happy to enjoy the beach and not be in a hurry, you will enjoy the food.

The menu options here are very limited. I got the black bean quesadilla and it was very good, and our waiter was very helpful and friendly .

Perfect for lunch break in the breezy shade with a beach view . Get the fresh fried grouper sandwich - it won't disappoint!

If you plan to go on Saturday or Sunday (in season,) don't be in a hurry! The service is friendly , but food is slow. Enjoy the view .

Not a ton of vegetarian options , but what they do have is delicious!

Rooftop bar is great. Seafood could be much better.

Do NOT get the triple dip : it sounds like a dip w warm mixed pimento cheese , salsa and crab meat but it's actually three separate cold sides. Not worth it. The rest of the food was ok though.

Rooftop bar is the best place on IOP for a drink after work. But don't expect much else downstairs in the way of food or service.

Caution! Servers try to double dip on the tip. They add the tip to your bill and don't tell you. And there was only four of us, not like it was a big party or anything.

If you want good, fast, thoughtful service when its a nice Sunday afternoon, don't come here. Waited for 40 minutes for a table and several minutes to even get our drinks in.

Good for drinks only! Ultimate seafood platter was overpriced and overcooked. Not quality food. Disappointing experience altogether. Sorry that I can't say that there was at least good service

The view is great, but the service is horrible! Food is so-so, next time I will go to Poe's Tavern on Sullivan's Island

The food here was just fine. The fish was fresh and the oysters weren't overcooked. I'd rate this place 7/10.

The food was okay but getting there proved to be an unnecessary challenge. They quoted us 30-45 min and we waited an hour and ten minutes. On top of that they were rude when they set us.

When server first sees you and asks " Are you ready to order?" it's not a good sign.

The only good thing about this place was the frozen raspberry lemonade
