The wonderful, friendly staff here is only one of two that remembers my usual (venti Mocha Frappuccino with two added shots of espresso and whipped cream ). Enjoy!

Hate to state that this is continuously a disappointing experience. They always lack certain items and present the wrong order. Customer service is poor and extremely slow if store slightly full.

Try the Pumpkin Spice Latte ...great for the fall weather.
