Forest Park offers many running paths and a good six miles to enjoy. If you stay on the perimeter path, you’ll find water fountains – and if you want a great workout, look for the nearby hilly areas.

Great variation of different inclines. If you're training for a race, definitely run the trail around the park 's perimeter .
Go off the main path onto the gravel paths, falling leaves and changing trees makes for beautiful scenery !
The best jogging trail of any place I’ve ever lived. Plenty of hills , changing scenery and a nice 6 mile loop keeps it from ever getting boring even after 3 years of running here!

It might seem a little sketchy/smelly at first (especially early in the morning) but it really opens up 3 miles north from the trailhead. Recommend staying downtown for easy access ( - Bin Yang
