My favorite restaurant in town for a great tenderloin steak (200 or 300 grams). I love the Bali steak with a little spice.

One of the best - if not even the best - steak restaurants in Amsterdam. They do not take reservations , so prepare to have a drink or two in the bar while waiting a table.

Their “biefstuk ossenhaas” is one of the best steaks I have ever eaten. I was for 4 days in Amsterdam and decided to repeat this restaurant because I couldn’t resist. It’s deeelicious!!

Waited for about 20mins on a Friday evening. The steak bali & onions were awesome & well worth tasting, along with Jopen beer . Service with a smile. Will definitely come back!

Beef bali is amazing. What I like about this place is that for the side dishes, for example the salad they use butter salade instead of the usual cheap one. Nice and famou place in Adam

Excellent stakes. They have multiple restaurants , and all come with same great quality of food and service. Strong recommendation.

Steak with chicken liver , onion and bacon in gravy was perfect. Not asked as to cooking preference but served medium rare. Girlfriend loved chicken skewers !

Order the classic beef tenderloin steak when visiting Loetje. Add white bread on the side: this helps perfectly to finish all of the delicious gravy .

Super tasty steak ????????????, best in The Netherlands so far, and of course French fries at the same level!

Delicious steak with butter gravy and delicious fries . Salad comes standard with bacon . Did not like the tuna steak since that one is prepared in butter too (like the regular steak )

Those steaks are taking me back straight to my childhood! They are the best and just like my grandmother made them back in the days... Y U M M Y !!

Probably my favorite restaurant in Amsterdam. Yummy steak and fries . Wash it down with a cold Heineken draft . Very happy meal!!

Everything its amazing. The steak , the hamburgers all its delicious!! When you will come to Amsterdam, you must to come to eat to Loetje! It isnt expensive !

Bespoke gravy and fillet steak , french fries and mayonaise . Once in a while a must to go and get some. Awesome place and plenty of them around

Had a lovely meal here, the spicy steak (can't remember what it's called) is super tasty. Also the salmon wonton starter is incredible.

Bali steak with a "local groove", rare. backon salad . fries . the option that you can not miss

Very good steaks , although I personally thought the steaks at rosa&rita still topped this place. Big portions : you can easily share 1 fries and 1 salad between 2 people.

Holy crap the Bali steak is SO good. Also loved the sticky toffee .

Traditional dutch style pub with excellent steak . Ask for some white bread to clean up the sauce afterwards - you won't regret it!

Famous for their steak and fries ! The burger is a good option if you have a small budget. Leave room for a scoop of ice cream :)

Steak (medium rare), fries , salad . End of story. Prepare to wait if it's rainy or cold. They have a lot of outdoor tables but tend to get very busy when they're not in use.

Good place for a decent steak or some snacks by the bar . Always a wait with no reservations being taken. If you want a superior quality steak , not the right place.

Worth the wait. 1 hour is long, but the steak is the best of Amsterdam. Remember to order bread to dip in the sauce.

Too oily for me, but really a special experience, which is good. The salad is fresh!!! The cooking of the beef is great, though not excellent. The dessert is fairly good.

Steak is good, but expensive . You only get steak and have to order sidedishes apart . The place has lost it's famous cosiness and turned into a massive unpersonal chain with >8 restaurants

Need to wait between 30 - 60 mins for a table but well worth it. Have a few beers and enjoy the best steak in Amsterdam.

Spicy meat was amaizing!!! As we'll as the mozarella and pesto salad . A little but expensive but is worth it!

As all say steak is top class and goes well with bock bier , salad and fries ;)

The extra large steak Bali is to die for. Oh my word. I come here just for that.
