Shocking experience. Lady at the desk accidentally charged my cart with less money that I had to pay. She refused me to eat until her manager came. Manager was talking to me as if I refused to pay

I was craving a Smoothie or frapuccino ......"We are not using the blenders because a colleague is going on his break and we are understaffed" you have got to be kidding me

Opening schedule seems to be a mere suggestion for the staff . Hands down, worst starbucks ever
