What's so strict about the return policy ? I find it very reasonable, considering some stores only allow you to do 14 day exchanges.
It's not tips, it's the company policy. If you feel like you don't want to shop here because we're "screaming", then that's fine. I could "whisper" it to you, but the policy would still be the same.
