United Club

So good it's almost surprising: one of the best UA lounges . More chairs than sofas to accommodate crowds. Lots of power sockets (not on tables). Showers . Good food choice. Look for the old UA pictures

Far better than the old Terminal 1 Star Alliance lounge , with plenty of seating, lots of power sockets , and great food. Possibly the best United Club in the network.

Great new facility, part of the new queens terminal upgrade...ample charging options, great lighting, nice and clean United lounge (beats the heck out of Newark!!)

Best Star Alliance lounge in Heathrow by far and away. Showers are great, and plenty of food options (vegan & vegetarian included).

Great bar , with a ton of speciality cocktails . Breakfast spread is nice and the staff are super awesome. Legit one of my fave lounges !

Excellent bar and robust food selection. Not the usual crap they serve in the states - full meal options and dessert bar . Lots of power charging.

United Club is the best lounge in T2! It has an excellent long bar with friendly bartenders making fabulous cocktail , definitely worth a visit.

Best United Club in the world, meaning about average for international airline lounges and massively better than United's stingy domestic US clubs. The only downside is.a men's room with no urinals.

Plenty of seating options and with charging. Tables near food offer built in, pop up charging hub. Food offerings are delicious. Free drinks! Make a reservation if you want to shower .

Largest & nicest United lounge I've been in. Full bar , breakfast/lunch buffet , many power outlets , wide variety of seating options, and aesthetically pleasing design.

Really nice lounge . Lots of electrical outlets . Had a decent breakfast spread . Lunch is awesome. Certainly makes our 5 hours here a pleasure.

One of the better United clubs I have been too. Still think Tokyo's is better. If you can, take a shower ; the bathrooms are very clean and perfect for freshening up.

This lounge is great and the food is also! Call me impressed. United has really stepped up their Lounge game.

**Go to the Singapore Airlines lounge instead of United's lounge if you are Star Alliance Gold**. Food selection is a lot better there.

Great lounge , but open floor plan makes it difficult to sneak in a nap. Food shifts over from breakfast to lunch at 11 AM.

Definitely the best United Club but if you can get into the Singapore one here, it's an even better option.

Is better than the lufthansa lounge . Bigger and more variety of foods. Star alliance members can use this lounge . It has 15 minutes walk but worths it

This is the best United terminal I have ever visited. Just opened last week. Serves hot breakfast . Maybe lunch too

The food selection is great! Hot, cold,& dessert bars . The chicken curry at lunch has chilies in it but no seeds;not hot at all to me

Great United Club lounge , but for a quick bathroom stop use the toilets just before the Club entrance as the ones in the Club are individual and few!

Bear in mind it is about a 15 min walk after security to get to the lounge , with several moving walkways and escalators.

The 2nd best lounge of LHR T2. The best alcohol section though, with a lovely bar !

Fabulous lounge opened in June 2014. Free showers , food and drink. Comfy space pre and post flight.

Though better than most United lounges , food offering is pretty poor and restrooms never seem clean . There is a full bar , though!
