Better than both the United and the Lufthansa lounges . The 10-minute trip from A gated was worth it – good warm food and great panninis made to order.

Gets the job done without a lot of fuss. Head around to the far back corner for some super cozy private digs. ????????????

The coffee machine is pretty good. The staff are nice, they have a better use of space than United and the sleeping pods are a great addition.

The best lounge in Heathrow Terminal 2. If you have time, go where, whichever star alliance flight you are flying on and are flying business or have status !

Most elegant decor of any T2B lounge with food on par with United Club. The croffle (croissant waffle ) was super tasty!

Nice,calming decor,good showers and was happy it has a sleep/rest area l.However it could post a sign for silence there as I had the bad luck of having 2 ppl share an area and talk loudly nonstop.
