Sushi Bistro is one of my favorite sushi restaurants in town . The quality sashimi and the creative rolls like Watermelon Man and Dave's Legacy keep me coming back. Also must try the Caucasian Afro !
So much goodness!! You MUST order any of the nigiri ???? . The fish is fresh, service is super fast and sale is delicious!
Get the sashimi platter . Pieces are huge, and fresh. Awesome value.
Sushi is always amazing and fresh. Not too much rice but a giant variety. The hot love is good for a cold night. And a tall warm sake .
I have chosen salmon sensation from "try something list"list which was not special or necessary ..Stick with regular sushi and rolls menu..Special rolls are very delicious
Toro maki is the killer here. They also have fun inventive rolls .

Always satisfied with the freshness of their sushi & innovativeness of their menu items. Haven't found a roll I dislike. Staples: hot love , crouching tiger, five wishes, lettuce wrap & Aladdin sake .
